CLIMATE: WHEN TO GO TO URUGUAY
URUGUAY
 

The climate is temperate in Uruguay, with average maximum temperatures of 15°C in June, and 28°C in January, while the average minimum temperatures is 7°C in June and 18°C in January.

The rains are well distributed throughout the year, the country has an average annual rainfall of 1,000 mm. In most of the spring is usually wet, windy and cool, summer is hot, autumn is mild while winter is cold and wet. In spring and winter usually a strong cold wind called Pampero blows.

The best season to visit Uruguay is without doubt the summer between December and March.
