WHEN TO VISIT ARMENIA:

Climate: Armenia has a distinctly continental climate with dry and sunny summers, which lasts from June to September, when temperatures range between 22°C and 36°C. Winters are cold and snowy with average temperatures ranging between -5°C and -10°C, spring is of short duration, while autumn is long, this season has very beautiful colors of the leaves of the woods. The average amount of annual rainfall in the more dry plains reaches 250 mm, while in more humid regions, the higher regions, reaches 800 mm, but the average rainfall in the country is around 500 mm annually. Two are the relatively rainy seasons: spring (March-June) and then the months of October and November. 

 

The best season for a trip to Armenia are the months between May and October.
