Climate: Western Australia has many types of climate, in the south-western area climate is temperate with winter rainfall (June-August) and four distinct seasons, to the north is tropical with a wet season and dry season (April to November), While the rest of the territory is arid or semi-arid. In coastal areas of northern Western Australia, the dry season between April and September has long days of sunshine and blue skies with temperatures ranging between 24°C during the night and 34°C during the day. Summer, between October and March, is the period of rainfall, average temperatures are around 30°C with high humidity. The best time to visit the area south of tripic of Capricorn (Perth, Albany) are the summer months between November and March, when temperatures are higher and rains scarce. The area north of the Tropic of Capricorn is better to visit during the months between May and October, that is the dry season, when temperatures are milder.
