Money and Banks: The official currency in Bosnia is the Convertible Mark or Bosnian Mark (KM, BAM) which has fixed exchange rate with the Euro 1 € = 1.95583 KM. Most shops will accept payment in Euro. There are many ATM machines in all major towns and cities. US dollars, British pounds, Yens and other major currencies can be exchanged at the banks and exchange offices that are present in most major towns.
