KEFTEDES (BULGARIA), are the Bulgarian mutton meatballs.

Ingredients (serves 4 people):

500 grams of meat chopped mutton

A slice of bread

An egg

An onion

Milk

A clove of garlic

Salt and pepper

½ teaspoon paprika spicy

Oil
  
 

Preparation: Chop the onion and garlic, put in a container along with the chopped meat. Soften the slice of bread with milk, squeeze it and add to the meat along with egg, paprika, salt and pepper, stir everything and formed the meatballs round. Then brush with oil and cook on very hot grill for 5 minutes per side, turning often.
