BECHAMEL SAUCE, one of the mother sauces of Italian and French cuisine. 

Ingredients:

500 ml of milk

50 grams of flour

50 grams of butter

Salt

Nutmeg 

 
 

Preparation: Take the butter and let it melt in a saucepan, add the flour and mix well. Add the milk, a pinch of salt, a grated of nutmeg. Continue to turn low heat waiting for the fair consistency of the sauce.
