CRÊPE (FRANCE), thin wafer, cooked on a hot surface, crêpes are filled with sweet or savory fillings and rolled on themselves, the dough is made from milk, eggs, flour. 

Ingredients (serves 4 people):

125 grams of flour

60 grams of sugar

2 egg yolks

1 egg

½ cup of milk

½ cup of cream

Grated lemon peel

60 grams of butter 

 

Preparation: In a bowl mixed together flour, 40 grams of sugar, eggs, cream and milk. Mix well and add the grated peel of a lemon and adding 40 grams of butter melted previously. Let rest 5 minutes.

In a frying pan put a piece of butter and a spoon of compound and let cook on both sides. Once cooked, you can fold in four sides the Crêpes and filling them with melted chocolate or pastry cream or with caramel.
