NOISETTES (FRANCE)

Ingredients (serves 10 people):

4 eggs

250 grams of sugar

250 grams of honey

50 grams of ground hazelnuts

1 kg of flour

1 sachet of yeast powder for cakes

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 tip of knife of ground cloves

80 grams of candied citron cubed

30 grams of candied orange cubed 

 
 

Preparation: In a bowl mounted eggs with the sugar, add the honey, nuts, yeast and flour. Mix well all the ingredients and add 30 grams of candied citron, 30 grams of candied orange cut into cubes. With the dough obtained formed balls, decorate with a piece of cedar and put above a pan bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
