Preparation: In a frying pan prepared the sauce: put brown with olive oil, 1 chopped onion and chopped garlic, add the chopped tomatoes, and peppers cut into strips. When the peppers will become tender, flavored with salt, pepper and add cutted black olives. In another frying pan put a bit of butter and begin to cook the omellettes: take 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, parsley and cream, mixed well and fry in the oil. Cook only one part, spread on top the sauce and folded in two the omelette then keep it hot. Continue until you have finished the eggs.
