ROAST SADDLE OF PORK WITH PEPPERS (Arista con i Peperoni )

Ingredients (serves 4 people):

800 grams of pork

2 onions

2 cloves

1 clove of garlic

2 dl milk

Rosemary

1 leaf laurel

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

120 grams of frozen grilled peppers 

 
 

Preparation: Put on the meat 2 sprigs of rosemary, bay leaves and connected everything with a string. Put it in a casserole with olive oil, make it brown then put salt and pepper, put garlic and onions (cut into rounds) and flavored everything for 5 minutes. Combine the milk, cloves and cook over low heat for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove meat and place in another hot dish, meanwhile put in the casserole peppers peeled and cut into pieces cook them for a few minutes adjusting salt and pepper, serve together with the meat.
