Preparation: Prepare the cod scraping the skin and cutting it into pieces, chopped parsley, chopped anchovies without bones, peeled potatoes and cut into slices. Take a casserole for oven, oil and place the slices in layers of potatoes and cod, taking care to sprinkle each layer with chopped parsley and anchovies, and a little olive oil.
