BISCUITS WITH CORN FLAKES

Ingredients (serves 6 people):

Corn Flakes chopped enough

3 eggs

200 grams of sugar

300 grams of flour

150 grams of butter

50 grams of chopped pine nuts

1 lemon grated

1 sachet of yeast cake

 
 

Preparation: Do melt butter in a saucepan, when it is cooled add together the eggs, sugar mounting well then add the flour, the yeast cake, the grated peel of the lemon, pine nuts. With a teaspoon formed the balls and roll in the corn flakes, put in molds of paper and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
