Preparation: In a bowl, place the flour, yeast dissolved in ½ cup of lukewarm water, salt, sugar, oil and mix well with your hands so energetic for 15 minutes and if necessary add other lukewarm water. Make a bread roll and with a knife engrave above with the sign of the cross, and then put them to rise for 2 hours in a floured bowl covered with a napkin in a place protected from draught. In an oiled baking dish, stretch the bread base forming a layer thin enough. Now pizza will be ready to be garnished at your leisure. Then put it into an owen for 15 minutes at 220°C.
