Preparation: In a frying pan make brown, in olive oil, garlic with the bacon cut into cubes and tomato. Put to boil water for pasta. When bubbles thrown pasta and in the meantime put in a recipient with eggs and half Pecorino and Grana Padano cheese, salt, a tablespoon of cooking water and stir. In a pan suitable to contain the amount of cooked pasta, put the bacon and add the bucatini when are ready, joined the mixture of eggs and cheese, pepper and conclude with the remaining cheese. Mix well and let brown 3 minutes on the stove.
