CUPS OF FRUIT WITH MASCARPONE, Mascarpone is an Italian triple-cream cheese made from crème fraîche by denaturing with rennet.

Ingredients (serves 4 people):

2 apples

2 pears

2 bananas

1 lemon

1 small melon

150 grams of sugar

400 grams of mascarpone

1 cup of rum

1 pinch of vanillin

Cinnamon 

 
 

Preparation: Put in the mixer to liquidize the fruit, lemon juice and his peel. Add the mascarpone and continue to liquidize slowly, combined sugar, vanilla and liqueur. Put the cream thus obtained in cups and put in the fridge. Serving sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
