MASCARPONE CREAM, very good for stuff any sweet but it is also good by itself, together with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa. 

Ingredients (serves 4 people):

250 grams of mascarpone

3 eggs

50 grams of sugar

1 cup liqueur of your choice 

  
 

Preparation: In a bowl mix eggs, sugar and a tablespoon at a time of mascarpone, add a glass of liquor. You will have to obtain a soft cream.
